Note: In all instructions below, the symbol is used to mean “Click on.”

Log in/out and Password Info

  • You must log in to access the Members Only area for the monthly calendar, activity details, member directory, etc
  • Login in the upper right corner of the home page.
  • Enter your email address and password. Your initial password is _________________________ (for the first time you log in). Once you are logged in, your name will appear in the upper right corner.
  • Change password to enter a new password. Passwords must be at least 7 characters long (letters or numbers) and are case sensitive.
  • If you forget your password, Forget Password and you will receive an email with instructions.
  • Remember to log out at the end of your session. Log out in the upper right corner of the home page.

Update Your Profile

  • your name in the upper right corner. A screen will appear that has your membership details, contact information, and activity interests.
  • To update any of this info, Edit Profile box in the upper left corner and make your changes.
  • You may also upload your photo, which is called an Avatar.
  • After you have made your changes, be sure to Save at the bottom of the screen.

Members Only Area

Place your cursor over the Members Only Area of the main menu. A drop-down menu will appear with the various choices, including the Calendar and Activity Registration, Board News, Member Directory, Photos, and more.

Activity Descriptions: This area lists all of our activities, with activity contact info and a general blurb.

Calendar: This month’s activities are displayed on a monthly calendar grid. Next Month or Previous Month for a look ahead or back. Alternatively, Switch to List View.

Member Directory: The Directory is displayed, 50 members per page/screen. You can enter a name or partial name in the search box, and results will be displayed automatically.


  • On the calendar, on the activity name to select that activity. A page with the details of that activity will appear.
  • Register and your email address will automatically be filled in on the registration page.
  • Next and confirm that your contact info is correct. Please leave the box checked to include your name in the list of event registrants.
  • On the next screen, Next (or Cancel if you change your mind, or Back to see the activity details again).
  • On the next screen, Confirm to finalize your registration. You will see a confirmation on screen and receive a confirmation email.
  • If you would like to see a list of registrants, Return to Event. Next to the word Registered, you will see the number of registrants. number of registrants to see the list of attendees registered to date.
